A 38-year-old supervisor has plead guilty to asbestos violations after he failed to hire a licensed asbestos contractor to remove asbestos from piping in the building.
According to court documents, the man failed to adhere to Clean Air standards while supervising a renovation project in Pittsford. A news release stated that the man knew of the asbestos on the piping, but failed to hire an asbestos contractor.
