Twelve charter schools in Nevada are now going to be conducting an asbestos inspection in order to follow laws set up by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Five of the schools are in Clark County and the other seven are in Washoe County. It is a requirement by the federal law that all schools are inspected for asbestos. Of the twelve charter schools in the area, two were said to have asbestos.
Exposure to disturbed exposed particles can cause them to lodge into the lung and over an extended period of time, it can turn into cancer. Schools that have asbestos particles in them, must have management plans that include regular inspections.
If you or a loved one has been exposed to asbestos, you need experienced representation on your side that may be able to help you receive the representation that you deserve. Contact the Mesothelioma lawsuit lawyers of Williams Kherkher by calling 800-781-3955.
